If my alarm clock wakes me up when I’m deep in REM sleep I may as well call in sick, because at least half of my day will be spent being grumpy, irritable, and glued to the side of my coffee mug.
This nifty device looks like it’ll do the trick, but if it keeps waking me up an hour before I have to it might get thrown out my window.
I’ve tried all sorts of tricks to wake up when I’m not in REM sleep, but most of them are worthless, or I end up oversleeping (half an hour is alright). The only one that seems to work is sticking to multiples of three hours when sleeping, but surely there is a more effective way that doesn’t involve destroying your alarm clock?
