Keeping to regular business hours doesn't work for me, because some of my most productive and focused work is done at night, in solitude. But switching it around and working at home is also tough. My body knows how much sleep is "enough". My head, however, wants to convince me otherwise. It likes to think it can keep going 24/7. I guess its time to reconnect the dialogue between by body and my head *sigh*...its hard to accept, this being human thing:)

Yes. Hit your head against the wall until you pass out and it won't try waking you up for a while. Now isn't that motivation for getting out of bed?

Has someone really tried it? I seems gorgeous at first but personally i doubt that it works. By what factors does it monitor your condition? Blood pressure? Heart beating? Muscle activity? All these measures depend even on the way you lay in bed, leave alone peronal features of your body...
