I love it! Make goal setting a game where you can win or lose. No one wants to be a loser! And, I love the brutal honesty of comparing positive actions with similar negative ones. Here's a few I thought of:

* Snapped back or sarcastically replied to someone/Calmly, rationally explained a situation
* Used the elevator or slowly crawled up a stair-case/Timed how fast it takes you to get up those few flights
* Lazily moved something out of the way/Took a few extra seconds to put it in its right place
* Watched whatever was on TV to wind-down/Read a few pages of a book you've been meaning to finish
* Pretended you were immaculately conceived/Called your mother just to see how she was doing

It's all about becoming yourself, only better!
