Any place where you can get 100mbps internet for 11USD a month and people leave functional, year-old appliances on the sidewalk free for the taking is a great place to be. It’s just a pity their bureaucrats are drunkards and their economy is crashing faster than the US or Europe’s. That, and I’m terrified of tentacle rape.
